Poultry offerings are prepared with semi-boneless chicken breast.

braised in lemon, garlic, and white wine with roasted potatoes

sautéed with lemon and capers in butter sauce

sautéed with wild mushrooms, tomatoes, tarragon and sherry in demi glacé

glazed with garlic crust and served with delicate cheese sauce

sautéed with wild mushroom and shallots in a creamy herb demi glacé

stuffed with prosciutto, Parmesan, spinach and artichokes in a creamy lemon butter sauce
